SHIPPING

‘925silvershine.com’ promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. We take pride in delivering on time, every time!! If you have shopped with us earlier we are of course confident that you already vouch for us!

We deliver jewellery to more than 220 countries across the globe. Register with us to receive updates on shipping, promotions and other related information.

 

FREE SHIPPING

  • For India, your order will be reached at your doorstep without any shipping cost on and above 10000 INR.
  • For International, your order will be reached at your doorstep without any shipping cost on and above 2000$ Order.
  • If there is offer for FREE delivery will be clearly displayed on each product page, if not, the shipping cost is displayed at checkout. 

 All the products delivered to buyers by us are fully insured. We deliver ‘available- in-stock’ jewellery within 7-10 business days and 10-15 business days for ‘make-to-order’ items.

 

SHIPPING/ DELIVERY FEES

  • Delivery fees may vary for different delivery locations, different Sellers and different products.
  • Any special shipping offers will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Please refer below for more information on domestic and International shipping costs.

For India *

  • Free shipping is offered India wide on total orders value over 10000 INR.
  • For order with a total value less than 10000 INR, a flat fee of 300 INR will be charged.

 

For International*

  • Free shipping is offered International on total orders value over 2000 USD.
  • For order with a total value weight less than 500 Grams, a flat fee of $40 will be charged for UPS, FedEx services below 1000 grams $70 for UPS, FedEx services, and 20 $ for every 1 kilo updation.
  • For order with a total value weight less than 500 Grams, a flat fee of $20 will be charged for EMS services below 1000 grams $40 for EMS services, and 10 $ for every 1 kilo updation.

 

SHIPPING/ DELIVERY TIME

We are very well appreciated and satisfied with our practices for fast dispatch of all orders. Orders will be shipped within 4 – 5 working days after receiving the payment and depending on the product and its availability.

We ship orders Monday through Saturday, except on holidays. However, at times when we are hosting sales or the holiday season are going on or other busier times it might take an additional day or two in dispatching the orders.

Once an order is dispatched by us we will notify you of the dispatch through email given by you when the order was placed.

From the time of receiving your payment authorization and funds are cleared, delivery time will be:

  • India Wide                                                                           2-7 days*
  • International (through UPS, FedEX)                                        5-7 days*
  • International *(through EMS POSTAL SERVICE)                      15-25 days

Any delivery times displayed on the website are estimates only, based on the information provided to the Seller by the relevant shipping company. Orders placed during sale periods can take up to 5 days to dispatch. International - Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays at the port of entry of various International countries outside of Australia. The Seller takes every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but does not take responsibility for any delays which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

We ship orders through UPS, FedEx and EMS all of which offer a tracking numbers. We determine the shipping carrier once we know the country. We also see to it that the carrier is fast, secure and does not involve clearance or excess taxes and duties for the buyer.

The delivery time through Express shipping such as UPS, FedEx is 5-7 business days and 15-20 business days for EMS Postal Service. Please note that the shipping charges include shipping, insurance, Indian custom clearance charges, packaging and agent chargesCustom charges or any taxes applicable in the buyer’s country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and to be paid by the buyer only.

For all orders shipped within India, mandatory sales tax (CST) of 1% is added upon checkout.

Note:

  • VAT, duties and other taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by buyer.
  • These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.  
  • Shipping charges will be borne by customer. Shipping charges will be taken according to your destination and weight of your product.

DELIVERY / AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

All orders are delivered between 9am and 5pm on business days. In some cases, courier service may deliver parcel outside of these hours

All packages delivered by courier need to be signed for in order to accept the package. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes by the buyer then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.

At the time of order you will be required to provide a contact phone number, which may be used by the courier to arrange delivery. Noting:

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you. Please double check your delivery information to ensure it is correct. To ensure the fastest delivery and to avoid non-delivery we strongly recommend using a business address as your shipping address.

Please note courier services are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses and therefore we may not be able to service orders with PO Box addresses.

Once the order leaves the Seller, the Seller cannot be held liable for any lost, missing or damaged goods or parcels. Any such event should be disputed by the customer directly with the courier company.  Risk passes to the customer once the goods are consigned to the courier.

 

Important Shipping Details

  1. The company is not responsible for delays due to unavoidable reasons and natural calamities. 
  2. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  3. We require your signature and ID proof as an evidence of delivery.
  4. If you want to deliver products to different locations, you need to place separate orders. 
  5. We deliver through best courier companies to ensure your order reaches fast and in good condition.
  6. We endeavor to ship all items in your order together. This may not possible be sometimes in case of product characteristics or availability.  
  7. After your ordered is shipped, you will get a confirmation email from us.
  8. If packaging is damaged or tampered, refuse to take the delivery of order and intimate us at +91-9509288997 or mail us at Govind.shops@gmail.com. We will try to replace your product as soon as possible. 

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If you are not available at the time of delivery - Our delivery partner may leave a card at the address. You may need to contact the courier company to arrange for re-delivery or they may indicate an address where your parcel can be picked up.

Noting:

  • If a pickup address is given, it will be the customer's responsibility to pick the order up.  The customer has 5 days to do so before the order is automatically re-directed back to the Seller.
  • If the Sellers and their delivery partner are unable to finally deliver your order due to your error or fault after 21 days or 3 attempts (whichever is sooner), the Seller reserves the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances we will refund you the price of your order, less the delivery fees incurred by us. This condition may not apply to International deliveries.  If multiple attempts have been made to deliver your parcel, additional costs may be incurred.
  • A Signature may be required at point of delivery - Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods and provides a signature will be presumed by the Seller to be authorised to receive the goods.
  • An ‘authority to leave’ can be granted to the delivery partner to leave your parcel at the shipping address without a signature in the event that no one is available at the delivery address to accept the order. Please note that if 'authority to leave' has been requested by a customer, the delivery driver can at his or her discretion decide not to leave the order unattended if they feel it unwise to do so.
  • “Authority to leave” and instructions for the delivery driver to leave your order in a secure place – The Seller accepts no liability for orders not received by a customer where an ‘authority to leave’ was granted.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT

Once the orders are dispatched and the tracking details are received we upload the tracking number and the shipping carrier details to your order, therefore please kindly look for the details in your order history on your My Account page for shipping status and estimated delivery times. We also mail you the tracking numbers with the name of the carrier through which the goods were dispatched when we notify you of the dispatch.
